2) High-temperature fluids: electromagnetic valves made of high-temperature-resistant electrical materials and sealing materials should be selected, and piston-type structures should be selected; 
3) Fluid state: Large enough to have a gas, liquid or mixed state, especially when the caliber is greater than DN25 must be distinguished; 
4) Fluid Viscosity: It can be arbitrarily selected below 50 cSt. If it exceeds this value, high viscosity solenoid valve should be used. 
3, according to the pressure parameter selection solenoid valve: principle and structure varieties
1) Nominal pressure: This parameter is the same as the meaning of other common valves, and is determined according to the nominal pressure of the pipeline; 
2) Working pressure: If the working pressure is low, you must use the direct-acting or step-by-step direct-acting principle; when the minimum operating pressure is above 0.04Mpa, the direct-acting, step-by-step, and pilot-type can be used. 
4. Electrical selection: The voltage specifications should be as convenient as possible with AC220V and DC24. 
5, according to the length of continuous work to choose: normally closed, normally open, or sustainable power
1) When the solenoid valve needs to be turned on for a long time, and the duration is longer than the closing time, the normally open type should be selected; 
2) If the opening time is short or the opening and closing time is short, then select the normally closed type; 
3) However, some conditions for safety protection, such as furnace and kiln flame monitoring, can not be selected normally open, should be selected for long-term power type. 
6, according to the environmental requirements to choose auxiliary functions: explosion-proof, non-return, manual, waterproof fog, water shower, diving. 
Failure of the ATOS solenoid valve will directly affect the operation of the switching valve and the regulating valve. Common faults are the solenoid valve does not operate, should be investigated from the following aspects: 
1. The solenoid valve lug looses or the thread head falls off. The solenoid valve must not be electrically charged. The thread can be tightened. 
2, solenoid valve coil burned, can remove the solenoid valve wiring, with a multimeter to measure, if open, the solenoid valve coil burned. The reason is that the coil is damp, causing poor insulation and magnetic flux leakage, causing excessive current in the coil and burning, so prevent rainwater from entering the solenoid valve. In addition, the spring is too hard, the reaction force is too large, the number of turns of the coil is too small, and the suction is insufficient to make the coil burn out. In the emergency treatment, the manual button on the coil can be turned from the “0” position to the “1” position during normal operation so that the valve opens.

The treatment method can use steel wire to invade from the head hole to make it rebound. The fundamental solution is to remove the solenoid valve, remove the valve plug and the valve plug sleeve, and clean it with CCI4 to make the valve plug flexible in the valve sleeve. When disassembling, attention should be paid to the assembly sequence of the components and the external wiring positions so that the assembly and wiring can be performed correctly. In addition, the oil spray hole of the oil sprayer should be checked to see if the oil is sufficient. 
4. Leakage: Leakage can cause insufficient air pressure, making it difficult to open and close a forced valve, due to damage to the gasket or sliding valve wear resulting in several cavities. When dealing with the malfunction of the solenoid valve of the switching system, an appropriate timing should be selected. When the solenoid valve is de-energized, it is processed. If the processing cannot be completed within a switching gap, the switching system can be suspended and handled with ease.
