Reason 1:

1 The main valve cone is worn or not round, and the valve seat cone is worn or not round;

2 There is dirt stuck at the cone surface;

3 Concentricity between the cone surface and the valve seat due to machining errors;

4 The main valve core and the valve seat do not cooperate well, the main valve core is different or damaged, so that the valve core and the valve seat are not tightly matched.

5 There is leakage at the gland of the main valve, such as the gasket is damaged, the assembly is poor, and the gland screw is loose.

Solution:


1 Replace or repair the overflow valve body or main valve core and valve seat;

2 Clean the overflow valve to make it fit well or replace the defective components.

3 Disassemble the main valve to adjust the valve core, replace the damaged gasket, eliminate the leakage and make the seal good.

Cause 2: The pilot valve adjustment spring is bent or too short and too soft, resulting in poor sealing of the joint between the cone valve and the valve seat. Eg: The cone valve and the seat are worn. The contact surface of the cone valve is not round, the contact surface is too wide, it is easy to enter the dirt, or it is stuck by the glue.


Solution: Replace the defective parts or repair the pilot valve to meet the requirements.

Reason 3:

1 The internal leakage of the remote control port is normally closed;

2 valve body and slide valve at the valve port are seriously worn;

3 The spool valve does not reach the correct position, resulting in insufficient oil seal length;

4 There is a leak in the remote control port.

Solution:

1 repair and replace the failed parts to meet the requirements,

2 Check the pipeline to eliminate leakage.
