EBG Hydraulic Proportional Relief Valves is derived by combining a small, high-performance 1/8 proportional electro-hydraulic Pilot Relief Valve with a specially developed low-noise Relief Valve. With this valve, it is possible to regulate the system pressure in proportion to the input current. Note that this valve is used in conjunction with the applicable power amplifier. The EBG series of EBG03, EBG06, EBG10 pilot operated pressure relief Proportional Valve is an energy-saving valve, which can provide for the implementation of the components to be the minimum pressure and flow. The EBG series can keep the differential pressure according to the load pressure and to maintain a minimum to control the pump pressure, therefore, it is a low energy consumption, energy saving, oil inlet control throttle control valve. The valve has the temperature compensation function, can control the flow stable and free from oil temperature.
The components and EDG type direct acting proportional relief valve with pilot operated relief valve combination, according to the size of the input current is proportional to control the Hydraulic System pressure. This valve should be used in conjunction with a dedicated power amplifier.
