The valves type MK are pressure- and viscosity-dependent Throttle Check Valves.

Type MK (Throttle Check Valve)

If the valve is passed by the flow in throttling direction, the spring and the hydraulic fluid push the poppet on the seat and the connection is blocked. Via lateral bores, the hydraulic fluid flow is directed to the throttling point between the housing and the adjustable sleeve.

In the opposite direction, the pressure acts on the front face of the poppet, lifts it from the seat and releases the flow. The hydraulic fluid flow is released through the valve without throttling.

In this process, simultaneous passing of a part of the hydraulic fluid via the annular gap leads to the desired effect of self-cleaning.

The valves type MG are pressure- and viscosity-dependent throttle valves.

Type MG (Throttle Valve)

Throttling is realized in both directions of flow.

The hydraulic fluid is directed to the throttling point via lateral bores. It is formed between the housing and the adjustable sleeve. By rotating the sleeve, the cross-section of the throttling point can be steplessly adjusted.

Question 1: Did you accept products customization? Do they need mould fee?
Answer: Yes, we accept products customization. Need mould fee, because products usually need extra mould cost. 
But we can return the mould fee when order reach a specific quantity.

Answer: The sample expense and freight expense will be borne by the buyers, and will be returned in the following orders.
Question 3: How long is normal production period for a 20-foot shipping container?
Answer: Accoring to the current productive capacity, usually need 3-14 days from producing to delivery. (not including customized products)
Question 4: What is the type of payment?
Answer: Usually, you should prepay 50% of the total amount. The balance should be paid before delivery. (We'll send photos of product to you for checking before delivery)
