Rexroth S series Hydraulic Threaded Poppet Check Valve

Rexroth S series threaded connection check valve which function is a hydraulic oil flow in one direction only, the check valve can not reverse the direction of the Flow Control Valve.

It works the same with the Hydraulic Check Valve, compressed into the hydraulic oil from the p port to overcome the spring force and friction to make the valve port opens, and release the pressure to the oil reservoir, some used for back up pressure as keeping the pressure in line.

It also called non return valve, allows hydraulic oil flow in one direction but not the reverse direction of the flow. The valve works with hydraulic pilot operated check valve. Hydraulic System hydraulic oil through Hydraulic Pump increases the pressure and flows into the P port of entry, to overcome the spring force and the friction of the one way valve open, the hydraulic oil flows to T from P.
When the P port hydraulic oil in the spring force is same with T port oil force, the valve turns off, so from T to P should no leakage.

Question 1: Did you accept products customization? Do they need mould fee?
Answer: Yes, we accept products customization. Need mould fee, because products usually need extra mould cost. 
But we can return the mould fee when order reach a specific quantity.
